Situated on the heights of Saint-Valery, just a short walk from the Old Town and the renowned "Sailors' Chapel," this former restaurant has been beautifully renovated and will serve as an ideal base for your excursions.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Laure and Alexandre LE BENOIST, originally from Picardy and Normandy, with a deep love for Saint-Valery. Our paths crossed in Paris, and life has taken us to Tahiti and Seattle, where we established a pastry and coffee shop.

Today, we are reconnecting with our roots, embracing this magnificent region and its rich heritage.

Our shared passion for travel, meeting new people, and our relentless desire to bring joy to others has led us to create a place that reflects who we are. It is a place where life is good, where simplicity and excellent cuisine go hand in hand. Our aim is to provide a relaxing and authentic environment, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality service.

We will be discreetly present but always nearby to offer guidance, serve you a delicious breakfast, and provide personalized services.
