Cleanliness is essential. Health security a priority. This is why we apply government instructions and have developed a protocol adapted to our premises, before, during and after your stay with us.

In addition to physical distancing measures, we will ask you for your vaccination pass and remind you that wearing a mask is mandatory in the common areas of the house.

​

If you are staying in the apartment, the inventory on arrival and departure can only be done with one person from the family or group. We will not intervene afterwards since you are independent (cleaning only on request).

Before your arrival:

​

• Complete cleaning: Ventilation of the room - change of bed linen, towels, floor mats - disinfection of sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, handles (doors, cupboards, window), switches, remote controls.

• Floor cleaning.

• Use of microfiber cloths, washed at 60°, or disposable devices.

• Use of broad-spectrum products: bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal action.

• Washing of all linens at 60° by a professional laundry.

During your stay :

​

• Bottle of hydroalcoholic gel at each building entrance.

• Soap available in all the bathrooms or kitchens of our accommodation.

• Mandatory masks in common areas.

• Gloves, masks and disinfectant wipes available if necessary.

• Minimum physical distance of one meter in all circumstances.

• Regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas.

• Cleaning of long-stay rooms is suspended.

Breakfast :

​

• Physical distances necessary on large table or separate tables, or at staggered times.

• Obligatory masked movement.

• Preparation with a maximum of individual products.

Dinner time:

​

• The classic table d'hôtes, all together at the same table, is no longer possible until further notice.

• We have adapted our service offer in the form of dinner platters.

• Our increased cleaning and disinfection burden is likely to lead to a limitation of the number of opening evenings.

Facilities of the premises:

​

• Access to the common lounge will be limited only to 2 people at the same time or to all members of the same family or group.

• Without emptying the guest house and losing the charm and atmosphere that you come here to find, we have limited the number of non-essential items.

• Paper magazines and tourist guides are no longer available. However, we continue to inform you orally, virtually and can provide you with single-use documents that you can keep.
